二、JBHF70℃90度电机引接线缆使用条件

1、连续运行导体高温度为70℃/90；

2、敷设时的允许弯曲半径应不小于电缆（电线）外径的4倍

导体连接要求低电阻和足够的机械强度，连接处不能出现尖角。中低压电缆导体连接常用的是压接，压接应注意：
Conductor connection requires low resistance and sufficient mechanical strength, and no sharp corners can be found at the joint. The middle and low voltage cable conductor connection is usually pressed.
（1）选择合适的导电率和机械强度的导体连接管；
(1) choose suitable conductor and connecting tube with electrical conductivity and mechanical strength;
（2）压接管内径与被连接线芯外径的配合间隙取0.8～1.4mm；
(2) the gap between the inner diameter of the pressure pipe and the outer diameter of the connecting core is taken from 0.8 to 1.4mm.
（3）压接后的接头电阻值不应大于等截面导体的1.2倍，铜导体接头抗拉强度不低于60N/m㎡；
(3) the resistance value of the joint after crimping shall not be 1.2 times larger than that of the equal section conductor, and the tensile strength of the copper conductor joint shall not be lower than 60N/m C.
（4）压接前，导体外表面与连接管内表面涂以导电胶，并用钢丝刷破坏氧化膜；
(4) before crimping, the outer surface of the conductor is coated with conductive adhesive on the inner surface of the connecting pipe, and the oxide film is destroyed by a wire brush.
（5）连接管、线芯导体上的尖角、毛边等，用锉刀或砂纸打磨光滑。
